Career Highlights: Kevin, our Chief Executive Officer, is an accomplished start-up and growth organizations visionary executive with extensive experience in operations, P&L oversight, multichannel telecommunication service distribution and marketing. He brings over 20 years of a proven track record of increasing sales while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and cost reduction. He is a result-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in new prospect identification and strategic positioning for multi-million-dollar wireless-telecommunication organizations.
Kevin continuously assess operations and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to his executive team for consideration. He implements and maintains an organized and effective communication process across teams to allow for an open exchange relating to concerns, problem-solving, and peer discussions as well as general information exchange. Under Kevin’s leadership, CTS has tripled in size and is a highly recognized and respected Telecommunications and Wireless Service Provider.
Steve Yapsuga is Partner and acting Chief Operations Officer for Capital Telecom Services.
Mr. Yapsuga is a tenured business technologist leader in the Infrastructure industry with deep knowledge and experience in Telecommunications, In Building Wireless, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Software as a Service (SaaS).
Mr. Yapsuga is an active tech entrepreneur. Throughout his successful career in technology, Mr. Yapsuga let successful sales channels in wireless tech Distribution, VoIP SIP Services, DAS and Public Safety OEM.
Yapsuga serves as acting Board Member of the Maryland-DC Wireless Association, Board Advisor of AGL Media Group, and is a founding member and Co-Chairman of the Board for NEDAS, formally the NorthEast DAS and Small Cell Association.

Joe Smith
Career Highlights: Joe, our Vice President, Operations & Construction is an industry-leader in managing large and complex Telecommunications Projects. Joe brings over 20 years of Construction management, project management, project controls and project (field) engineering in Wireless and Structured Cabling. Joe is accountable for all operational aspects of the execution of projects, including planning, budgeting, tracking, field engineering, safety and reporting. He serves as main point-of-contact in the field by establishing, maintain and managing our subcontractor, and client partner’s expectations relating to project performance. Under his leadership CTS continuously thrives in on-time delivery of projects, work Safety, Policies, Procedures and Practices. Joe Smith holds all OSHA and RF certifications and is our In-House tower climbing and rescue inspector.
Michelle Hails from Boston, MA, recent transplant to Northern VA. Undergraduate studies at Fitchburg State University, double major in Psychology and Sociology.
Michelle has worked in various Industries, Finance, Academia, Non-Profit and Technology. Some of the organizations where she has developed her management experience and acumen are; Fidelity Investments, Hemisphere Financial Services, Donham & Sweeney Architects, MIT School of Design and Architecture, Boston Public Health Commission.
Some of Michelle’s passions are Community Economic Development projects, advocacy, poetry, running, and documentary photography, she successfully pitched her first feature documentary. She is also a member of the NAACP.

Alan Frazier
Mr. Frazier achieved expert knowledge in Program Management from E2E Cellular Telecommunications Site Development thru Construction from 2000 to Present. Mr. Frazier is a true jack of all trades including: design, development, environmental, regulatory, leasing, zoning/permitting, scoping, supply chain, construction management, installations, integration, close-out, recruiting, and creating budgets.
Over his impressive professional tenure, Mr. Frazier supported $100+miilion dollar annual construction budgets, creating and implementing staffing plans, writing and implementation of cost efficient processes from scoping, supply chain management, developing massive success.
Alan’s hands on experience in constructing Raw Land, Tenant Improvement, Macro Co-location, Small Cells, CRAN, Carrier Adds, Relocations, COWs and InBuilding/DAS communications sites for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Dish Networks, Cricket and MLA partners is unsurpassed in the industry.
Mr. Frazier’s leadership includes over 30+ years of managing personnel, vendors, crews, contracts, projects, P&L, estimating, ordering and tracking materials, utility coordination, integrations and tracking, database maintenance, customer service, and individual site design and construction.
Mr. Frazier is Military Veteran member of the US Army, 121st Signal Battalion, 1985 thru 1991.

About: Larry Grisham, our Wireless Sales Director has been leading telecom planning, engineering, and sales for his entire 48 year career. Larry supports building national and regional network infrastructure for multiple service providers. Larry’s personal goal is to provide a seamless and superior customer experience and tremendous value for customers and operators. “The industry is changing and an effective business development strategy must include the integration of new technology and solutions. Expanding the products and services of your existing capabilities is always desired, but the secret sauce to success combines proven solutions with the innovation of tomorrow.” Larry has extensive experience in wireless telecom and is passionate about exceeding your expectations. Hands on successful technology experience include; wireless (macro, small cells & DAS), fiber optics, microwave, power systems, batteries, indoor & outdoor enclosures, grounding and surge suppression, remote management innovations, and SaaS applications.

Daniel Hughes
Daniel, our warehouse manager, has over a decade of experience working in construction, logistics and project management. He has been involved in operations ranging from small residential construction projects to commercial and industrial renovations. Daniel is responsible for managing all aspects of material acquisition and organization and works closely with the field teams to make sure that they can complete their work in a timely and efficient manner. He has a strong commitment to ensuring all material is consistent with the customer’s needs and industry standards.
Power Systems Master Electrician
Glenn King
Glenn is a twenty-six year Master Electrician and a new member of the leadership team the Power Systems Division of Capital Telecom Services. turn-key commercial electrical services offering full-service electrical contractor services for civil, UPS, carrier switches, cell tower site repairs, installations, power plants, EV stations and alternative energy solutions and maintenance.
Mr. King will help support CTS EV Station solutions, smart power technology, smart city, solar and other alternative energy solutions. Warehouse Manager
Jim Brittain
Jim Brittain has worked in the Supply Chain industry for over 30 years.
Started as a delivery driver for a local Northern Virginial Office Products and Furniture company in the late 1980’s. Taking on various roles/duties worked way up to Warehouse manager by mid-1990’s.
In 2002 Mr. Brittain joined a growing Computer Consumables Wholesale company as Warehouse Manager. Over the next 15 years, saw growth, from 8,000 sq ft warehouse to 80,000 sq ft distribution center and helped open and train staff for 3 addition facilities nationwide.
Curious by nature, Jim enjoys learning business from the ground up.
Joined the Telecom industry in 2017. I have come to understand the unique challenges within the industry and the need to “Figure it out,” while putting in place processes to improve productivity and effectiveness. I enjoy working together as a team, with a common goal…How to effectively serve our customers.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, currently lives in Walkersville, MD. Blessed with wife of 25 years and two college age children.

Matt Simmons
Matt has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications Industry with an expert focus in fiber network construction. Over his career he has built networks in 30+ states and 6 countries. Mr. Simmons formerly worked in Metro Fiber Network Planning & Acquisitions for AWS, the world’s largest fiber network company and brings a deep understanding of the market’s ever-growing infrastructure needs and attention to our valued customers.
